Description

The tracks listed here contain variants using long-read sequencing technologies.

  • CoLoRSdb small variants: small genetic variants (single nucleotide polymorphisms and short insertions and deletions) called with DeepVariant and merged with GLnexus/bcftools.
  • CoLoRSdb structural variants: structural variants (insertions, deletions, and inversions) discovered with pbsv and merged across samples using Jasmine.
